1. Introduction
Breej provides on-demand Windows Server environments provisioned via third-party cloud infrastructure providers. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Service Description
Breej provisions virtual Windows Server environments hosted on enterprise cloud infrastructure. Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Breej does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for illegal activities, spam, malware distribution, network abuse, copyright infringement, or activities that violate upstream infrastructure provider policies.
5. Billing & Payments
Billing begins upon provisioning. Fees are monthly and non-refundable except where required by law. Chargebacks may result in account termination.
6. Suspension & Termination
Breej reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Breej shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous billing cycle.
