Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026
Introduction
Breej provides on-demand Windows Server environments provisioned via third-party cloud infrastructure providers. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete information at registration and to keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Service Description
Breej provisions virtual Windows Server environments hosted on enterprise cloud infrastructure. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Breej does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, specific performance benchmarks, or data persistence beyond what is explicitly stated in any applicable service level agreement. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for illegal activities, spam, malware distribution, network abuse, copyright infringement, or activities that violate upstream infrastructure provider policies.
A full list of prohibited activities is detailed in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Billing & Payments
Billing begins upon successful provisioning of a server. All fees are charged on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Payments are processed through Paystack or Cryptomus depending on your selected payment method. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support may result in immediate account suspension.
Suspension & Termination
Breej reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in cases of abuse, fraud, non-payment, or violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, all associated servers and data may be permanently deleted. Breej bears no liability for data loss resulting from termination due to policy violation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Breej shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Breej's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the billing cycle immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
